We bill upfront for the month 

We don’t deal with net 30,15 or 10’s. We pay our staff good money and on time, I’m pretty sure you can understand that as a decision maker.

We collect the keys and alarm codes at the signing

Because all cleanings are done overnight, we no longer offer day porter service. But no worries we have $1 million in insurance coverage

We have a minimum of 3 days per week required 

You’re welcome to have us out 7 days a week if You like. …

If your office isn’t sparkly clean, I will refund your days cleaning plus clean up to ten first-floor windows, inside and out. After that, I will shampoo your carpets(one room), vacuum, deodorizer, and apply scotch guard protection. That alone is $199 value! Absolutely no other cleaning service will stand behind their work like us.
